How can I join the FRITES Members Club?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

New Registrations:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

To join the FRITES Members Club, individuals can register on the FRITES Members Club Website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Visit the FRITES Members Club website on\u00a0http:\/\/rewards.frites.hk<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Join using a QR Code in one of our venues<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Contact us at loyalty@frites.hk<\/a>\u00a0to receive a QR link via email<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Existing Members:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    As the new program operates on a different platform, please register using one of the following ways:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      If you were a Corporate member in the previous FRITES App Loyalty Program, you will need to re-register for FRITES Members Club. Please use the registered email and mobile no. (used on the previous program) to create your account. We will also require you to enter your company email address for verification purposes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      What will happen to the points I earned in the previous FRITES App Loyalty Program?<\/strong><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Points accrued in the previous FRITES App Loyalty Program will be converted into a cash voucher, which can be accessed directly through the new FRITES Members Club web app when it launches early July 2024. The conversion rate is 2 points = HKD1. For example, 5,000 points will be converted to a HKD2,500 voucher.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      How do I earn FRITES rewards?<\/strong><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      FRITES Rewards can be earned by dining at any FRITES location. Rewards are based on the frequency of visits<\/span><\/strong> with a minimum of 2 visits per month. A minimum spend of HKD200 is required to qualify as a visit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      How can I earn FRITES Tier Points?<\/strong><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      FRITES Tier Points are earned based on the spending during dining, with an exchange rate of HKD1 = 1 Tier Point. FRITES Tier Points are dedicated to enable members to move within the different TIERS \u2013 GREEN, SILVER and GOLD<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Where can I find my current Tier Points and rewards ?<\/strong><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      The current Tier Points and rewards can be viewed on the home screen of the FRITES web app.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Will my FRITES Tier Points expire?<\/strong><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      FRITES Tier Points expire one year from the registration, upgrade or downgrade date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      How do I redeem my FRITES rewards?<\/strong><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      To redeem rewards, go to \u201cMy Rewards\u201d section and select the reward you wish to redeem and show it to our team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      How can I redeem my birthday privileges?<\/strong><\/strong><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Your birthday reward can be found on the rewards section under “birthday rewards”.\u00a0 \u00a0Simply show it to our team to claim your reward.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      If both my husband and I have joined the Frites Members Club, can we combine our Tier Points?<\/strong><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Members cannot combine FRITES Tier Points from different accounts for rewards redemption.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      What if I have forgotten my Member Login Password?<\/strong><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      For forgotten member login passwords, the “Forgot Password” option on the login page can be utilized. A verification email will be sent upon entering the registered email address.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      How can I upgrade my member account to a higher tier?<\/strong><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Membership tier upgrades can be achieved by earning the required tier points within a membership year.
