- Full prepayment is required to secure your reservation. Bookings are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
- All payments are non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation or “no-show,” the prepayment will be forfeited.
- Please notify our team of any specific food allergies or dietary restrictions at least 72 hours prior to the event. While we strive to accommodate all requests, some menu substitutions may not be possible due to the nature of the pairing.
- Guests must be of legal drinking age (18+) to participate in the wine pairing. FRITES reserves the right to request proof of age.
- FRITES Belgium on Tap reserves the right to amend the menu, wine selection, or event details without prior notice due to ingredient availability or unforeseen circumstances.
- In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
- In case of any dispute, the decision of FRITES Belgium on Tap shall be final.
- 閣下須支付全額預付款項方可確認預訂。席位有限，先到先得。
- 所有已繳付之款項恕不退還。若取消預訂或當晚未能出席，預付款項將被沒收。
- 如有任何食物過敏或特別膳食要求，請務必於活動前至少 72 小時通知本公司。由於此為特定配搭菜單，本公司將盡力配合，但恕不保證能更改所有菜式。
- 參與品酒環節之嘉賓必須年滿 18 歲。FRITES 保留要求閣下出示身份證明文件以核實年齡的權利。
- 如因食材供應或不可抗力之因素，FRITES Belgium on Tap 保留隨時修改菜單、酒單或活動詳情之權利，恕不另行通知。
